Hand gesture recognition

Hello,

I have a question concerning the hand gesture recognition function.
In my meeting this function was not available for guests, the function was not displayed. Can anyone tell me what the reason is. I have already searched the help center for answers, but have not found anything regarding restrictions.

I would appreciate a response.
