Have to admit each participant, help! Want them to automatically go into meeting

Can I suggest you supply a bit more information:

• Are you referring to Webex Meetings or the Webex App (formally Webex Teams)? This forum covers both.
• Do you have a free account or paid account?
• When you set up the meeting how have you set these parameters?

Hard to help with such little information.

I this isn’t the problem. No one can figure it out. Not even my IT dept. 🤷‍
