Hi everyone
Is it possible to hide the announcements in a space like who has joined and who left? Or make it so it is only visible for space admins?

This is not currently possible, unfortunately. There is a feature request for this option which you should upvote to help get it on Cisco's radar.

Outside of things looking messy like the AHA feature request alluded to, why would you want to do this? Would you not like to know when someone joins or leaves the group for security reasons? I am just curious.

I usually like to know. Specially as an administrator of a space. But everyone else doesn't need to know, and it just uses a lot of space. My request would be that I can mark "only visible for admin"

Some people will want to know, many others will not care. Especially in larger spaces where people are coming and going all the time, the system messages can really take up a lot of screen real-estate and impact readability of conversations. Displaying them should be a user option, or perhaps having a separate area for system messages would be helpful. Seems like a small thing, but we have many users who complain about this.
