I have a trouble where phones seem to be operating in half-duplex mode for speech. Only one person can be talking at a time, like on a Walkie-Talkie. Happening on 7937 conference phones only right now. Any ideas on what might cause this?

You would have to go to admin.webex.com also known as Webex Control Hub (WCH) and sign in with your ID and create the 3 other users and assign them licenses. Each host is meant to have their own login.
Outside of things looking messy like the AHA feature request alluded to, why would you want to do this? Would you not like to know when someone joins or leaves the group for security reasons? I am just curious.
