Hello,
After I start a Webex meeting, participants are placed in the lobby and I have to manually admit them one by one.
Is there any way to disable the lobby so that participants can join the meeting without my approval?
I’ve read the following two posts:
However, the settings menu mentioned in the replies doesn't seem to be visible anymore, so I wasn't able to find a solution.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Admins can set this policy for a meeting site but it is not accessible to individual users/hosts. See Manage Security for Scheduled Webex Meetings on Your Site and Manage Personal Rooms for a Webex site in Control Hub.
The default behavior helps to protect against “Zoom bombing”-style malicious joins, especially with PMRs where the meeting ID doesn’t change over time. Change at your own risk.
