I am trying to remove users entirely from a legacy TSP-based Webex site, so that I can define them on a new CCA-SP based site. I can easily make the users INACTIVE from the portal, but that does not allow the e-mail to be reused in at the new site. How do I delete the user entirely from the old Webex site?
