Hi
I have a few recurring webex meetings that I no longer attend. In Outlook I've declined the meeting and they disappear - all is well. However, I also have the Webex Meetings app on my Mac and all of these meetings are still in there, meaning I get reminders for meetings i no longer attend. How do I get rid of these meetings in the app please?

I see the original question wasn't answered.
I have this problem. Meetings have been "properly" cancelled in Outlook, yet they still appear in my Webex, and I cannot find a way to remove them. Every day I keep getting notified of these meetings.
I would be grateful for a solution.

In my case, the meeting is neither in Ouitlook nor on our webex site. Yet it's still in my webex teams desktop app under 'meetings'

I have this problem as well, but no Mac is involved. It's just Webex and Outlook 365. Is there not a way to manually edit the meeting list in Webex to eliminate these recurring, but defunct, meetings?

For me, these are meetings I no longer need to attend as I have changed jobs. I have properly declined all of the invitations, I have gotten the meeting owners to delete me from the invitations but they still show up 5 minutes before start time in WXT. I have cleared cache but they will not sync with Outlook.

@SWaite
I think it´s important to know how these meetings have been added to your Webex-Account. (Cloud-service like Office365 etc?)
If this connection/"sync" is lost/not available any more, the notification to remove these meetings, will not reach your Webex-Account.
(But honestly, due to my "cloud-allergy" I am not very experienced in handling cloud-services...)

Thank you for the reply.
The meetings will have been added by accepting an invitation via Office 360 Outlook emails

@SWaite
Is your Webex-Account still connected to this Office365-Infrastructure?
Have those meetings been properly cancelled or just deleted by the host?
(I guess Outlook offers to remove a Calendar-Item without sending Cancel-notifications..)
