how do I send a communication to webex meeting attendees beforehand?

You can open the meeting from your calendar and add a reminder message above the Webex invitation information and send this as an update. Ensure that your message is above the " --Do not delete or change any of the following text--".

Can you tell us more about your inquiry? Are you asking about a meeting that you are scheduling and sending out information with the invitation, a meeting that is already on people's calendars, or registrants to a Webinar that you have not yet communicated with, or something else completely?

I have scheduled a meeting and sent out invites to people  - however a number have't accepted or rejected the invitations.

I wanted to communicate with all those invited to remind them to accept or reject the invitation.

How do I do that via Webex ?
