Hi everyone,
I feel hopeless with Webex support and very bad user experience of this service. I'm paid user but my organization asked me to remove my subscription to add my account to organization plan.
1. I tried to downgrade to free account to delete my free account but it's still showing me In progress.
2. I tried to chat, but this way is helpless as well.
3. I tried to create a ticket but facing with funny technical issue. I tried many times but it only showed me Session time out (?!?!)
Could anyone or any other way to help me to downgrade my account or delete my account to let me being added to organization account?

Is your account using your companies domain? If so, mybe it helps to let them claim the domain/accounts...?

Hi Dtibbe, yes I use company domain to register the service ( I pay by myself). Recently, my company wanted to add me to company package/subscription and they couldn't do that because I'm still stuck with my own plan. I don't know how to solve this now...

When you use a company domain e-mail address to register for webex your company can claim the domain which will pull those users under their management umbrella in Control Hub. Thanks Nithin but it seems doesn't work.
My problem is I can't find Delete option anywhere. The instruction in the link you sent is useless and from there it suggest me to create a ticket but I've failed many many times with Session Time Out error. Session Time Out pop-up right after I type 1-2 characters in text-input field, ridiculous.
