How to let attendants choose a breakout room

Hi there,

When I have a large number of people in a meeting and want the attendants to move into breakout sessions, it's really a hassle to have to assign each one one-by-one. So I wonder whether it is possible to to let people choose which session they must join. ¿is there a way to do this? I have done it in Blackboard but don't know how in webex. Please advise. Thanks.
