Webex Community manager here. Just wanted to follow up on this. At the top of your messages, you will see three lines, which is your filter for all messages in the Webex app. There, you will see options to ONLY see your unread messages, and by toggling that on, you can only make your unread messages appear in your list of messages and spaces. You can also check out Message Highlights, which this video has a good description as to why it could be useful for you - https://youtu.be/HardValmYlM

@Cole Callahan ,

The video you refer to is almost a year old - and yet this feature is STILL not available to everyone. Clearly NOT to macOS users (App version 42.1.0.21190)

Forum Tips: 1. Paste images inline - don't attach. 2. Always mark helpful and correct answers, it helps others find what they need.

Message Highlights were on beta and got lots of feedback. The team has decided to withdraw the feature from beta (and therefore from GA) until some more of the feedback will be implemented. As Cole is a Cisco employee, he is even in the pre-beta loop and therefore it seems to be still present in his client.

If you're a beta member, you may check out this thread: https://community.cisco.com/t5/webex-app-beta-feedback/new-feature-announcement-message-highlights/m-p/4425223

The feature is currently available via the beta program (https://beta.webex.com/). You may sign up and test it as well

It will basically check your received messages and will display another space-like tab where all important messages are highlighted. You may rate those suggestions in order to tweak further notifications.

So it will help you if you are reciving lots of messages to keep the focus on your key spaces -- something I'm also achieving by configuring favorites..

Still in beta only? We had some users seeing it in their clients this past week.
