I am using Webex in Japan. I can not cancel Webex subscription paid plan on my account site.
I had already read Webex trouble shooting and guide of how to downgrade account. but it has no help. because when I go to Subscription page, there are no appropriate icon for downgrade or cancel paid plan.
So I contact to customer support and got the case number for request customer support desk to cancel paid plan. I reported my problem in details by e-mail. but they are holding their task for two weeks.
Will you please advice me how to get customer support's prompt response?

My problem has settled.
The first, I created Cisco account.
Then I got case number from https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case , after login to Cisco account.
and I sent my requirement to customer service by email twice.
but it had been left for 3weeks.
Finally I found telephone number of customer desk in Japan.
It was hard to reach this information, but right person was deal with my request. Then my paid plan has cancelled soon.
I think my requirement is not hard.
but why so complicated to access the right person of customer desk.
and the most problem are persons who faced this web-programming-problems are not so few.
I really hope Cisco to fix this problem soon.
