Hi Vaijanath, is your screenshot from a Mac or Windows?  I am on a Mac and do not see the same window and copy pasting messages does not show the date/time. I see that the timestamp was removed and added back ( https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WXCUST-I-7784 ) but maybe it was not added back to the macOS/iOS versions of the app? I am on Version 44.3.0.28993, thank you.

edit: I submitted feedback on the app.

On Mac it only copies the sender name and message text. The time and date stamp are excluded.

Hi,

You can use copy message option that will copy time, date and actual message.
