Including WebEx meeting information in new Outlook Meeting invite

Is there a setting within WebEx that allows for WebEx meeting invitations to be automatically included in every new Outlook Meeting setup?

This is an O365 setting, not a Webex setting.  This is a Microsoft "feature" enabled by default and is a problem for organizations that use Teams and Webex.

Is there a setting like this in Outlook 2016 too? Some of our users are still on the older client.
