Webex App integrate internal Website

Hello Together
I am very new to the app and have also not found a nice tutorial for admin settings.
A lot of things are self-explanatory, but I just can not get it to be able to call an internal or external website. When I select the link I get the message "This site is not reachable" I despair. Something is wrong there? But I can't enter a proxy for internet access. But this is mandatory for us and may only happen with the Firefox engine.
Maybe someone can help me?
Greetings
Martin

To clarify, are you trying to add a link to an external website within the app, but when you click on the link it says "This site is not reachable"?

If that's the case, it could be possible that the link is not correct or that the website is temporarily down. Have you tried accessing the website from a different device or browser to see if it is working?

Regarding the proxy issue, are you trying to access the internet through a corporate proxy? If so, you may need to configure the proxy settings within the app or through the Firefox browser settings. This may involve setting up a specific IP address and port number for the proxy.

Let me know the if this helps or if you have any further questions.

PAC files are supported - Cisco even publishes one for Webex itself on the Network Requirements for Webex Services . Since I lack a clear “try this” suggestion, I suggest watching the recording of Cisco Live session Secure Webex Meetings and Webex Network Security – BRKCOL-3097 as it delves into this topic in depth. If neither of those resources help and no one else jumps in here it’s time to call TAC and look at the app logs to see what’s happening.

The Webex app will use the OS-native browser and it’s proxy settings. For example, on macOS/iOS, that means Safari; Windows is Edge in current builds.

Thank you very much.
I have now checked with our browser managers.
We use a proxy.pac in our edge browser.
Can it be that the app has a problem with their settings.
