Locked PMR issues

We have some users experiencing difficulties when trying to enter the Lobby of a locked PMR. They are reporting that when trying to enter a locked PMR they receive a message saying that the meeting is locked and then the call is disconnected. (Sounds like they are NOT receiving the expected message that they can enter when the host admits them).  As support, I'm unable to recreate this issue, but wondering if there are any known instances when this might occur.

Thank you!

there is the option to lock your PMR to everyone that has not logged into webex.  If you have this enabled in Site Settings and they are not logged in then they will not get added to the waiting room.Untitled.png

Audio callers will be placed in the lobby feature is in our backlog. We are actively working on it.

Thanks for this information, I didn't know that was in the admin panel.

As it turns out, the issue was because attendees tried to enter with the audio-only Dial In phone number. It seems that a dial in caller cannot be placed in the Lobby. Is this a feature that might be on the road map?
