Hi guys,
Facing an issue where a series of recurring MS Teams meetings is booked via Outlook using the Teams add-in tool. After the first event, the meeting cannot be joined on the Webex Roomkit. The Join button does not appear and the MS Teams Icon is also not shown, however the meeting time is displayed. See below.
We've done this for individual meetings and recurring meetings previously, however we can no longer use the recurring meetings function as the meeting data seems to be lost in the event for future bookings occurring after the first event.
Any suggestions?

what kind of MS Teams integration are you using? WebRTC or VIMT (CVI)? Does the issue occur with your own MS Teams tenant or with external tenants?

I have the same issue, but not with recurring meetings. Some meetings show the Join button and some do not. Haven't found a common denominator yet.
