Does anyone know if it is possible to merge two accounts, or delete one and free up that email address? I'd like to update my spark email to our new domain, but can't because I already created an account with that email

Hello, currently there is no update on merging the two accounts, however you can submit delete request to Cisco by contacting the tech support and requesting your account to be deleted.

hello, any news regarding merging accounts? I have two accounts.... the same email address. The difference is only with name before @, but domain is same. It would be helpful to merge spaces to one. Do you have some process how to do it? thanks

Imagine being ignored and multiple tickets closed over several years for the same issue? Cisco caused so much confusion when they took Netacad under the same SSO that I gave up. I let my CCNP expire and moved on to greener pastures; I am tempted to bring legal action, but I am certain they would not care. It would just go into some infinite ticket queue.
The final straw for me was when I finally landed my first large customer, I could not submit the quote with all discounts applied, such that I was no longer competitive on Cisco products even with CCNP and Firejumper-they were completely unaware of each account and they exist in a vaccum-I could get the CCNP discount or the Firejumper-but not both. I open tickets for one account and they call it a duplicate of earlier cases and close it lol. I am done with with Cisco until this is fixed-probably never. ISC2.org is so much nicer and easier to work with. Calling Cisoc Labrynth would be a compliment.
