Microphone and camera can't connect to webex

Hi Everyone, 

i need some suggest regarding the issue at webex. When i click setting for microphone and camera, there is warning sign that indicate my microphone and camera cannot connect. But if I check the application camera and microphone in my laptop, it just fine.

In addition to Kathy's suggestion, check to see if you have some other app running that's using those devices. MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. You can't have multiple apps using the same peripherals at the same time. Hope this helps.

@daniel-gilbert, I would recommend you check the drivers for your microphone.  Your screenshots only show an error with the microphone, but if you're having problems with the camera, I would recommend updating those drivers as well.  We have this issue quite often and this usually solves the problem.
