my account cannot add meetings/display meetings on webex application

my account keeps getting this status when I use the webex application to schedule meetings and cannot show scheduled meetings, but meeting information logged in through the web is normal.

It's normal to change to another account.

I have tried reinstalling the webex application and using the CiscoWebexRemoveTool.exe removal tool. The situation is still the same. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

What dose the error says on the APP ?

No error message appears in the application, but this rotating screen keeps appearing.

But there are scheduled meetings when checking through the webex web

All meeting information (including those scheduled by yourself) does not appear on the application.
