New Laptop Win10: Webex Integration Microsoft Outlook checkbox grey

Hi, i set a new windows 10 client - my user has admin rights, but in my settings from a fresh installed webex teams client is my outlook integrations checkbox not selectable / grey - i should talk to my admin. i am the admin

 

why is that only at my client? it works on my old laptop and by my other members.

        c:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Programs\Cisco Spark\dependencies 
      
Bitte beachten Sie Folgendes:
        regsvr32.exe /s spark-windows-office-integration.dll

What does one do when the dependencies directory is not there?

i guess only - reinstall of the webex.msi aka Cisco Webex-Desktop-App?!  i had a fresh new windows 10 just installed that an then i had these folders.
