Hi. I am an Admin of an Enterprise Account. Webex offered us 10 GB of cloud-storage for recordings in 2020. This year, however, it was reduced to just 1 GB, after we renewed our subscription in October 2021. I get it - just an initial sweetener to get new customers. Fair enough!
Now, the website says an Enterprise Plan customer may "customize" their cloud storage according. But, the sales agents that I have contacted say the minimum available storage for purchase is 100 GB. I do not need that much storage. I require just 10 GB. I think that that is quite "customizable". In addition to this, the cost of a 100 GB cloud storage is TWO TIMES more than the cost of renewing my subscription.
