Notification for a change in the meeting attendees

When I am sending a new invitation to any mail. It will send a mail to all the invited mails.

How can I control this?

In Microsoft outlook calendar invite, you can use Scheduling Assistant to control who you want to send the invite and/or change notification. Is this what you are looking?
