Notification sounds in active chats

Hi there!

As a partially sighted person it would be nice to be able to have sound notifications not only in inactive but also in active chats (the one which has the fucus). Sometimes people write back quite slowly and when I lean back for a while or look out of the (real) window it may happen that a message has already arrived without me noticing it.

I understand that normally sighted people don't need such a feature, but for vision-impaired people it would be of great help.
