Old Profile Picture showing during Meetings

My profile picture has been changed in the main status and chat windows but continues to show as the old profile picture while in meetings/calls.  Is there a way to force the meeting picture to update?

this can be an annoying thing to get fixed.  You may need to try changing the pic at company.webex.com, settings.webex.com and the app.  Make sure you sign in/out of the app too.  Additionally, if your directory is synced with AD it could be pulling avatars from there too.

The new picture is showing in all web based Webex platforms and on the app - have tried signing in and out as well with no success.

I am not clear on what 'directory synced with AD' means - can you clarify?
