Hi,
We're trying to use webex to help our local community run some virtual exercise classes. The way this works is one person will share their own camera whilst playing some music in the background and other participants follows. The issue we have is that the audio of the music is very bad. If we use optimise for video/audio, we need to share either the screen or an application such as youtube - but this means that youtube video will be shared and will fill the majority of the screen, not the persons camera.
Is there a way to let webex capture computer/laptop/device audio and broadcast without having to share? Why must you share something for the audio to be shared?
Thanks,
Jay.

Hello Jay,
Thanks for posting your question in the community!
Below is how I made it work:
1. Share >> Share content >> Other applications. Click share as shown below
Make sure the options shown below are selected too:
2. You can share any application, I shared VLC player installed on my MAC.
3. Once you play the VLC player, the audio will be audible to all the participants.
4. The presenter video can be changed by attendees. They can opt for grid view, thumbnail view, or speaker view. The speaker view is what you'll need.
Hope this helps.
