Hello, we are the technical Secretariat of an EU Programme. We regularly organise meetings and events with representatives from all over Europe and we need to use interpretation in our events. We have a team of interpreters for our presential events. However, since the sanitary crisis started, more and more often presential events and meetings are replaced by online events. We use Cisco Webex for our online meetings and events. However, the live interpretation feature is not available natively in Webex, our interpreters cannot work online whithin the platform, as it is possible in other well-known platforms though. I therefore kindly request to the production team to make this feature available as soon as possible. Many thanks in advance.
