schedule a meeting

Hi, I have 3 computers, 2 of them have windows 10 and the other is a mac. We have installed the Webex desktop app and we log in with the same account (user + pass). Not at the same time. Only one windows computer can see the button "schedule a meeting" on the meeting menu. Why is doing that? I can't find the problem.

I think you may account binding the multiple sites.

You can be look at the in Settings/Meetings/Default webex site  URL

this is my Default webex site URL "georgiospannokos.my.webex.com". I have one license and when I open the Webex app I can't see the "schedule a meeting". What to do to show this button?

• The same account, windows login, the phenomenon is not the same, whether the webex version is inconsistent.
• Can the meeting of spaces be sheduled normally
• I saw the picture you posted. One user's name is abbreviated as SS when he logs in, and the other user's name is abbreviated as S.
