Hello,
The customer have existing webex subscription which already expired but they have purchase a new subscription. They received a new subscription ID and need to setup new webex service. Is it possible to migrate the expired webex subscription with the new one so that they can use the same webex sites from the expired subscription? This will eliminate to setup again the users and SSO using ADFS. The new subscription purchase have increase users to 250.
Thank you.

I have had a similar experience with customers in the past. I would also recommend opening a case as Nithin suggested. The Cisco Team should be able to assist. Just because the subscription expired, their organization should still exist in control hub. I would also make sure that when provisioning the new subscription you associate it to the existing org ID. If you move forward with provisioning and fail to associate it to the existing org id that would be more problematic. Things like SSO and ADFS are tied to the org id and not the subscription.

To maintain continuous services you need to renew the subscription before expiration date.
Open a case from below Link. Use Webex subcscrition and billing option. May be they can help.
