Virtual backgrounds

Hello. I am attempting to use virtual backgrounds with my work webex account. I've read several articles, believe I am following the correct steps, but since I don't see certain options, I don't believe they are enabled for my account. Can you confirm? thank you!Virtual backgrounds

Are you not seeing the virtual background or some option in virtual background ? its not clear what is your exact problem

That's correct -- I am not seeing the option to employ virtual backgrounds on the video screen. Wouldn't I normally see it on the top right? See image below.

Have you tried setting it up in the webcam settings. Click "Test speaker and microphone", then go to video settings and see whether the option to change background is located under the webcam preview. If it's not there, perhaps it's been limited by the admin.
