Webex app on ucm15

Hello, 

When deploying  ucm 15 with jabber as softphone only(Registered to ucm).

is there benefit to run n WebEx app as softphone only in this case? 

the messaging and meeting services will not be allowed to WebEx CH.

Hi Sharon,

In my experience, the webex app is more stable than Jabber in UCM. With the use of groups and templates, you can easily manage all the features in CH. Also, the users get a single app for calling and meeting.
