I am trying to get my webex app to show when i am in a meeting based on my outlook calendar like jabber used to behave.
When i go to the settings within the Webex app the option is greyed out.
Any ideas?

don't even have "Show when in a calendar meeting" option. Not sure why this is the case when it seems to be available to my peers

Are you saying that the option in the screenshot above is grayed out for you? Are you the IT Admin for your Webex site?

That is correct. See attached screen shot. I am admin for my Webex Site

Hi Frank,
A few other customers have also reported this issue. According to what I've seen as the update from the product management team, this feature is not generally available yet and hence you're unable to turn it on. This option still under monitoring and will be released soon in one of the upcoming versions.
