Webex Events - Max Multi-streams

Hello,

Does anybody know how many multi-stream video feeds can be on at any one time using Webex Events? 

We have a meeting where a portion will be viewable by the public. We need at least 12 people (each with their own video cameras) to be visible to all other attendees. Those other attendees do not need to have their camera's or microphones enabled. We have looked at GotoWebinar but they are limited to 6, and Webex Meetings would not be ideal due to the issues which may arise from the public attendees being able to turn their cameras and microphones on. It may also mean those with video feeds on would get lost in the display so may not be seen. 

Any help or advice on whether Webex Events would be an appropriate platform would be greatly appreciated.
