Webex Help Article popup

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if this popup is actually a Webex popup. I don't personally use Webex but I have users that do, this user got the popup over the weekend and had never seen a similar popup from Webex. Seems suspect.

Webex was upgraded to 42.7 recently for a lot of customers.  This might have been the "what's new" pop-up, or supposed to be.

Thanks for your reply @jrsteele21. Do you know if there is any way to confirm this on the system when the popup is displayed? While I hope you are right I would also hope for a popup describing new features to be a little more informative like perhaps explaining what the help is for when nobody specifically asked.
