Webex locked room NOT working

I was a meeting host and was in charge of letting the correct people into the meeting. I had locked the room once all the correct people had joined, assuming the rest would be put into a waiting lobby, until id unlock the room and let them in when appropriate.

 

On the whole, it worked, however one member was able to join, even though the meeting was locked. This caused the meeting to be disrupted as the information was confidential.

 

Has any else experienced this or know how to prevent it?

Was this a personal meeting room or a scheduled meeting? That would determine the lobby capabilities.

In a PMR, you would see a notice that they are waiting in the lobby and can still admit them into the meeting.
In a scheduled meeting, they would simply be denied access to any part of the meeting.

I have not personally had an issue or seen anyone able to bypass and get into a locked meeting. Assuming everything was done properly, I dont know if the issue can be replicated but if someone did get through, I would at least recommend opening a TAC case so they have a report of this as it would be a pretty bad security issue if this could be replicated.
