Webex Mac App crashing when selecting conversations

I have been running the webex app on my macbook pro 2021 without any issue for months, but as of yesterday whenever I attempt to click on a conversation in the sidebar the app crashes. I have reinstalled the application, but the issue persists.

The latest update, Version 42.8.0.23281, seems to have fixed this issue for me.
