Please let me know if any one can help me to resolve the below error .

Note: There is no ports are blocking in the FW.

That would be an indication of something is blocking the traffic. I just tested this on a Mac on Google Chrome, and the test was successful.

If you don't see proof that the firewall is blocking the traffic, you might want to check the any proxy server, or windows firewall also.
