A significant number of our Webex Meeting conferences require attendee registration. Unfortunately, at this time, we are limited to the following:
There are no options to create custom fields and labels in order to obtain additional information from the registrants we require before the meeting. Yes, this option is available in Webex Events, but most of our meetings now require the new functionality available in Webex Meetings and the Events platform is not suitable.
Unfortunately, this is forcing our meeting planners to use Zoom since they allow for unlimited custom question creation in their attendee registration form (and we are trying very hard to dissuade the use of Zoom).
Will this be an option in an upcoming release of Webex Meetings?

Hi @Jason.Klakoff just seen in the What's New for the February release of Webex Meetings (41.2) that custom questions are being added and standardised across Meetings, Events and Training. Here is a screen shot of the relevant part from the page:

Another issue with registration in Webex Meetings (modern view) is that now is not possible to limit the time/date for registration, nor limit the number of registrations allowed.
As I recall this was available on previous versions, some documentation on the help center states that you can do this, but is not avaiable in the modern view (unfortunately classic view is now deprectaed).
These are important settings for trainings or worshops, and yes it is available on another webconfereing platforms basic plans settings (like zoom)
Does anyone knows a workaround? or a case/date to fix or make this available?
