Is it possible to get the schedule button in Webex meetings for windows to bring up something other than Outlook?
We don't use outlook at all.

And here is a link that includes all of the Webex Integrations...

I'll restate my response in a different way.
I changed the setting from Outlook to Webex Meetings, in Webex for Windows, but it still brings up Outlook.
Either something is broken, or.... ???
Is this a bug?

Hi!
Where are you trying to schedule the meeting? There are a few different ways:

Maybe a few of those options will be helpful.
Thanks,
Richard

Honestly, you all are unbelievable, I stated exactly what button I'm using
and in what software. Multiple times, now, you've failed to answer a specific question about what appears to be a bug.
It is a waste of my time trying to get help from Cisco.
People don't read the posts here, I cannot get an honest response out of
anyone. The products 'mostly' work, so, we use them. But honestly, you all
have a lot of work to do on your consumer focus. What a complete joke.
Asked for assistance purchasing WebexTraining (a $6,000 product) 2 months
ago and no customer service reps have responded despite MULTIPLE requests
for purchasing. Now, I see that it's not just one aspect. There's a
systemic problem in Cisco with customer focus.
I'm out of here.

Hi,
In Cisco Webex Meeting Desktop App, you can schedule meeting using Webex Site or Microsoft Outlook. But currently not matter what you change it always opens Microsoft Outlook.

This seems to be a software bug.

Thank you, I greatly appreciate your time to read the question carefully and respond appropriately.
This took way too many posts to get to a meaningful response.

Good morning!
There are several ways to schedule a meeting and our intent was to assess which path was being taken. Without that knowledge, we are unable to understand where the issue is being experienced. You may find opening a support case with TAC to be more beneficial as it will get direct support on these types of issues: https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX38448/How-Do-I-Open-a-Case-for-Webex-Technical-Support
If you are interested in purchasing Webex Training, the requests are submitted here: https://www.webex.com/training-online.html
As you can imagine, we are experiencing unprecedented demand due to the COVID-19 situation. We will let you know when your site is ready and appreciate your patience during this time.
In the meantime, here are some resources you might find valuable to help:
Here is a link to some basic business continuity resources for both end users and IT admins.
Here are some general links about distance learning, virtual healthcare and more. You can also see how others are leveraging resources to make for a better work from home environment.
We hope you are happy, healthy, and safe.
Cheers,
Richard

Hi,
Thanks for posting your question. In your calendar preferences, you can select to schedule those meetings directly through the Webex App rather than Outlook.
Hope this helps! :)
