Hello,

We use NinjaRMM to patch and update our client systems. Webex patches continue to fai.

Does Webex support patching via RMM?

The most common reason any deployment tool fails to push the MSI is that you missed the install parameters - most notably ALLUSERS=1. You may also want to watch the recording from Deploying the Webex App to your Organization - BRKCOL-2198

That's something you should ask the RMM developers
Webex itself ships with the known installers and has its own auto-updater included.
If RMM calls the msi/rpm with the correct parameters, it probably should work. Maybe you can find some more hints in the RMM logs why it's failing..
