As of today's update I now have a floating popup window on my screen during meetings that shows me my IP phone. I would like to minimize it so that it doesn't block my view of the presentation or anything else. I can make it a little smaller, but cannot completely remove it. How do I get rid of it?

Frustrating "feature". I am using Webex only to facilitate voice calls and now I've got one more thing to click on because it appears right on top of my Salesforce window. Makes no sense to have this feature without a way to disable it in Preferences. I'll be submitting feedback on this.
EDIT: I submitted feedback if anyone would like to upvote it: https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WXCUST-I-4467

It is the new always-on-top window showing your call. It is a new feature introduced in 41.8, cf https://help.webex.com/9xq0y3/
Personally, I like it as I do not need to search for the "main window" during a call or a meeting in order to end it. AFAIK, there is currently no way to disable it.

AFAIK only option is to move the floating window if it covers.
As @dtibbe mentioned, you can post this as an idea on https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/

It is specially intended for video calls, I guess. By that, you have your attendees always on your screen, also during sharing. The floating window itself will not be seen by others.
Maybe you will file an idea for the option to disable it via https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/
