Question for the community and Webex developers:
Is there potential for an option to assign breakout rooms before opening a meeting?
My company runs training courses through Webex and we regularly utilize the breakout rooms for activities. The trouble is, we almost always have to manually assign rooms because we will have people from the same company or with similar titles that we don't want in the same room. Doing so can be time consuming, especially for groups of 30+ people. However, if attendees could be assigned beforehand and have them automatically added to the breakout list upon arrival, that would save us a lot of time and we wouldn't have to rush to assign people to rooms whilst also trying to run the training.
The theory: If someone is sent an invitation through the Webex portal, they can then be assigned to breakout rooms prior to the meeting. Once an attendee steps into the meeting room, the room will recognize their email address and assign them to their predetermined breakout room. Breakout rooms can be altered within the meeting, but by assigning rooms beforehand that means less time spent on assignment and more time spent on instruction.
