Hello.
We are using Training and we want to customize the emails our attendees will receive, such as confirmation of registration, reminders.
I click on Edit Email Options, then I click the title of the email to modify the content. I can modify the content but there is no Save or Update button to click on.
Please let me know.

Hello!
When you click on the email that you'd like to edit, there should be an "Update" button at the bottom. If it's not there I'd open a case with Webex Support here: https://help.webex.com/contact You can scroll to the bottom to select your preference of reporting the issue.

Thanks, Clare. I did open a case. It turns out that one setting was not enabled. It has been solved.
