Hello.
Soon I will be hosting a Dale Carnegie WebEx Training Session for over 600 participants. I've never hosted a session that large before and since I can't practice it, I wanted to ask you for advice. I know that in scheduling settings there is an option for over 500 participants that disables attendee video sharing, viewing names of other attendees, private chats, and active talker visual cues.
My question is this: is there anything I should be aware of or anything I should be on the lookout for? Known issues, bugs, errors, etc. (if any). I will be the only Digital Producer for that session and I wouldn't want to improvise with an audience that large.
Thank you,
Marko Milosevic

Marko - If your session is after 9/30 perhaps you can come to my Webex Training Drop in session and we can chat about some things to set... https://golearn.webex.com, create a Cisco log in if you don't already have one, once you are in - scroll down on the calendar and there is a session scheduled for 9/30.
