Can someone say me how to achive that my account can download the trial version of CUCM and CUC. I watched a lot of video tutorial but to work with it is more profitable than watching or reading!
Do I need to subscribe somewhere?

Have you considered using a Cisco DevNet Sandbox instead of trying to download and run it all locally?
