Imagicle UC Cloud Suite includes the most complete set of UC apps in a single suite elevating the calling experience for users and customers, simplifying deployment, integrations, administration and security. The integration of Imagicle UC Cloud Suite with Webex Calling include the following modular applications:

Imagicle Attendant Console can natively integrate with your Webex Calling, leveraging Webex API to take control of your Webex client or your IP Phone to make your customer service faster, smarter, and easier. Today, we are the only company able to offer a flagship Cloud Attendant Console able to work in hybrid environments with both UCM and Webex Calling. The Imagicle UC Cloud Suite, in fact, allows receptionists to rely on their Webex app or Desk Phone as their softphones while using the Imagicle Attendant Console to manage calls quickly, professionally, and efficiently: it's the perfect solution to ensure top-level customer service with advanced queuing and auto-attendant, providing self-service capabilities and rich reporting. This fills the feature gap of basic queuing and receptionist of Webex Calling, to make it complete and more competitive in the market.

The Imagicle UC Cloud Suite also provides virtual fax capabilities to send and receive faxes directly via email or through the Webex app as an embedded gadget.

With the Contact Manager, customers can consolidate their external contacts in directories and provide search & dial access directly into Webex, while Imagicle Call Recording and Call Analytics (today available only for external calls with Local CUBE) allow recording 100% of calls and provide analytics with transcription, sentiment analysis, and reporting.
