QUESTION ABOUT TIME DISPLAYED FOR MEETINGS

Question: I scheduled a meeting for 2:00 p.m. CST (I'm in Texas) but the link invite shows 12:00 p.m.(UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).  Guests are confused about the time & I do not know how to explain.
