Audio of Video/PPT Sharing not working in Webex Events (New) using Optimize for Motion and Video option

We have been testing the new Webex events for the production tenant(41.5) since last week and we have been facing issue to hear audio and see video as an attendee.

This is a challenge for us as we had an upcoming event planned to use the new Events as it had good support to share videos similar to the Webex Meetings. But this is not the case as per our test results.

 

Following are few testing scenarios we did since last week:

 

Scenario 1:

Panelist on MAC shared the Video using “Optimize for Motion and Video” sharing option.

Attendees on Windows PC/ iPhone / Android Phone could not hear the audio from the video being played but able to hear what the panelists speak.

Panelists on Windows PC could hear the audio from the video being played and were also be able to hear other panelists in the event.

 

Scenario 2:

Panelist on Windows PC(Standard) shared the Video using “Optimize for Motion and Video” sharing option.

Attendees on Windows PC / iPhone could hear the audio from the video being played but video stops for couple seconds every 2-3 minutes.

Panelists on Windows PC could hear the audio from the video being played and were also be able to hear other panelists in the event.

 

Scenario 3:

Panelist on Windows PC(Workstation) shared the Video using “Optimize for Motion and Video” sharing option.

Attendees on Windows PC / iPhone could hear the audio from the video being played but audio was choppy when playing high bitrate video file and the panelists video was not continuous. Android Phone attendee could not hear the audio of the video played, but was able to hear the panelists speak in the event.

Panelists on Windows PC could hear the audio from the video being played and were also be able to hear other panelists in the event.

We need to know what is the recommended video file formats(Bit Rate/Data Rate) to share into the new Webex Meetings/Events and is there any system requirements for the panelists computer who share the video? as the video shared from a Standard laptop does no work fine, but the same file from a Workstation/MAC works better.
