participants expelled from an event (classic)

It has happend to us a number of times that a participant got the message "The host has removed you from the event." They got this message when they wanted to join the event. The host is not aware of having actively expelled the respective participants.

 

Is there anything that can be done to prevent this? Or what can we do to allow the person back in? Is the only option that the person registers again with a different email address?

Hi Kerstin - 

I have not heard of attendees getting expelled out of a live event without the host doing it.  I would definitely open a support case on this.  Here is where you can do it: https://help.webex.com/contact/.
