We´ve figured out we cannot provide a cover chart to the attendees while the panel gathers in the practise session until meeting starts.
With events classic I´m able to share a file before starting the practise session which keeps persistent to the attendees even while the panel changes into practise session. On webex events (new) the waiting crowd just get an empty window.
It would be good to provide a title slide until the meeting starts, especially if meeting start might get delayed. Best would be additional sound or music to have the attendees already enabled with their speakers enabled.
Any (simple) workaround to such situation would be fine as well. Thanks.
